I believe the real outstanding one when it comes to Filipino and non-Filipino is Point-Point Joint or Turo-Turo on Eighth St. The chicken adobo is so good. Their broccoli is outstanding. The best bakery, in my opinion, is The Original Richard's Bakery, which is just beside Conching's on Eighth St. in National City. The Obama Pandesal is affordably very, very good. It's really "presidential" in the sense that the taste and everything is first class. The first time I visited the bakery and had a free taste of the Obama Pandesal, I already liked it. So what I did was to buy the six-pack package for the entire family. My family loves it. If I may suggest, your blog should carry the stories of Point-Point Joint, Conching's and The Original Richard's Bakery. They make us proud as Filipinos. Thank you. This blog shows big promise.
