I went to Pacific Beach this Sunday and had a chance to return to Roberto’s at the corner of Mission Blvd. across Belmont Park.  I ordered the Flying Saucer —- very good!! and the price was right. I saw that this is open 24 hours daily. That makes four on our list of places that are open until the wee hours of the morning — including the Studio Diner on Ruffin Rd , and during the week-end, Conching’s in National City and Royal Thai at the Gaslamp  Quarter.
