Today is Sunday, March 22,2009 and there is an article in the San Diego Union about how many Filipino families trying to avoid foreclosure in San Diego were victimized by felon-run trusts. In the article is a reference to some of the resources available for free mortgage counselling and a list on How to Avoid a Scam.
