Hello Friends, Families, & Kasamas in the Community,

We are extremely proud once again, to announce that we will be holding the all High School Filipina/o Graduation of San Diego.  This will be our 4th year honoring the graduating Seniors of our community.  We hope you will support this event, as it is a free event for the participants, family members, and guests of the community

Although it is called a Filipina/o Graduation, we welcome any and all students who are interested to join, as long as they are graduating High School the 2012 school year.  We hope to a get at least 5 students from each High School interested.  We will be making presentations to any/all campuses interested in participating. Just respond to this email. This event is unique as it not only honors the students with a graduation ceremony, but will recognize each individual student by having them share a few words on stage, and we celebrate their family and friends with a reception dinner afterward.  We hope you share the vision we have for this celebration and make this a successful memorable event.  We look forward to holding this event for many years to come. …and yes, this event is open to the public…

My name is Janna and I am getting together a fundraiser for the Washi Storm that hit Cagayan De Oro and Iligan City about a month and a half ago.
This event will be held on February 19th at 6pm at True North Tavern in North Park located at 3815 30th St. It will be a 21+ event.
I am looking for donations but more importantly I am hoping you can help spread the word about this Fundraiser so we can get a lot of guests and support to send out to our fellow Filipinos who are in need after this tragedy.
